Hey all, I spent some time on Aaron Flint’s Voices of America program on the radio this morning along with Montana Brewer’s Association director Tony Herbert and Red Lodge Ales owner and MBA president Sam Hoffman. Great discussion about all things Montana craft beer related.
Listen to the entire program here.
Prost,
GG

Yesterday was the 75th anniversary of the repeal of prohibition, so I ventured up to Missoula’s Kettlehouse Brewing Co. to find out what people thought about the momentous holiday. The second part of this week’s Growler Radio episode tracks the life and times of Al Pils, the K-House’s own taproom manager.

Welcome to Growler Radio, what I hope will be a weekly craft beer talk show complete with interviews with area brewers, beer lovers, beer business advocates as well as beer reviews and just plain old beer speak.

This week’s episode features Missoula’s own Mike Saxton, founder and owner of BeerTrips.Com, one of the world’s leading beer-related travel organizations. Mike takes us through his turbulent startup, eventual success and announces a new Montana beer tour. We chatted at Kettlehouse, so forgive the copious background noise.
