Jimmy Buffet crooned, “give me oysters and beer, every single day of the year, and I’ll feel fine.” But maybe I missed it, maybe he was singing “give me oysters IN beer, every single day of the year, and I’ll feel fine.”

The British used to brew a beer where they steeped oysters in the boil, but I thought this style might be one of the few that didn’t make a comeback. Apparently, is has, in Jersey.
