New column
I’m writing a weekly beer column that is currently appearing in the Unwind section of the newspaper. However, as we transition the Entertainer to Fridays, it will eventually show up there.
Anyway, here’s some of last week’s column.
Brew Review – Missoula’s beer scene offers plenty to quaff
Missoula’s beer scene is as healthy as anywhere in the country.
But it might be time to take another look at all Missoula has to offer these days.
With three distinctly different breweries, two beer festivals, several markets with exceptional local, national and international beer selections and restaurants with world-class beer lists, Missoula is officially a beer lover’s paradise.
Few towns have beer festivals to raise money for youth athletics like the Maverick’s Brewfest on Friday at Caras Park.
Fewer still have a choice of craft breweries as different and exciting as Missoula.
